The Rainbow's Touch

Updated: Apr 4

I drove into the rainbow

Spectacularly spread halfway through the sky

I inhaled its beauty deeply

And even though intangible

I felt the rush of expectation

That was splayed across the land

On returning

I met someone I love

Mellowed by the rainbow

And the discernment given me

I identified his action

With barely a flinch

I can hardly blame others

For who they really are

As man was born with limitations

Which made me realize

They can never offer

What my yearning soul seeks

I give to the beauty of nature

To those touched by the beams of my love

As I continue on my journey

Of fulfillment by the Father above
